Giovanna is wonderful nanny with so many skills that will be hard for me to describe in this short characters. She has helped our family all the time we needed, not only taking care of the kids but also being a friend around the corner when we needed. She is reliable, trustworthy, loving, kind and gets the job done. She is also careful and works hard to keep everyone safe. Also she is proactive, responsible, warm and energetic. The kids just love having her around. And so do we.
