About Ginger

I'd describe my personality as kind, goofy, and outgoing. I like working with kids because I think there is a lot to learn from them. I love how free thinking and curious they are about everything and it's refreshing to see as a college student. I'm looking for a job that has a routine and structure but also has a "go with the flow" feel to it. I want to be able to have fun as well as learn and teach. I started working with kids when I was 13, my first babysitting job in middle school. I babysat three kids for many years until the oldest child was old enough to manage his siblings. In my spare time, I like to read, craft, run, take walks, watch gilmore girls with my friends, and listen to music. One thing you should know about me is I am a quiet and introverted person but I love getting outside and exploring. I am also a structured person and feel secure when I have a set routine. My skills include communication, patience, and decision making/problem solving.
