Experienced third-grade special education teacher available for child care (ages 0-12), pet sitting, tutoring in elementary and middle school literacy/math, and light housekeeping. Offering weekday afternoons and open availability on weekends. One of my top 3 child care skills is effective communication. I excel in clear and empathetic communication, ensuring a strong connection with both children and their parents. I can adapt very well and tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and personalities of each child under my care. Lastly, creativity and engagement, which is my favorite part of working with children! I incorporate creativity and interactive activities to keep children engaged while fostering their intellectual and emotional development. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I have my fiancé, step daughter, and 2 dogs to spend time with from playing video games together, doing crafts, going on walks, or fun outings on the weekends.
