In Iowa I attended Maharishi University of Management where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Health, and a certificate in Ayurveda Wellness Consulting. I am also a Health Consultant, from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. However I was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado. Health and wellness is very much my passion, and something I will bring to your family with well rounded meals, and actives that get your children out from in front of the TV. I have worked for a total of three different families over the course totally 6 years, ages ranging from 3 months old to 5 years old.
