About Gina

Hello! My name is Gina, and I would be honored to have the opportunity to care for your child. I am currently a stay at home mother to 2 boys, ages 7 & 10. Before I had kids, I was a certified elementary teacher in Meriden. Prior to teaching, I worked in various child care centers since the age of 15! I have 2 bachelors in elementary education, and in general psychology. I believe in always teaching, explaining, and being patient enough to allow children to grow. I use positive reinforcement to achieve positive behaviors. I love books, arts & crafts, and board games. I'd describe my personality as inquisitive, kind, and laid-back. I like working with kids because they make me smile. In my spare time, I like to travel and take my boys to different local destinations. One thing you should know about me is I love Disney!
