About Gina

As a former teacher with two decades of experience, I've recently moved to Philadelphia and am looking for part time work with young children. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and approachability, allows me to connect with children effortlessly. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to ensure a cohesive approach to their child's care. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable finding a balance between flexibility and consistency. My approach to playtime is varied, from energetic outdoor sports and physical games to engaging board games and puzzles, and educational games that make learning fun. Being a mother of two wonderful children, I have experience caring for children of all ages, and am comfortable caring for two children at a time. I have a college degree in both early childhood education and elementary education. I also have a car and am comfortable with pets.
