About Gina

I have over 20 years of experience working with children, which started when I begged my mom to let me be a mother's helper at age 11! I've spent most of my professional career working with kids in some way, either nannying or teaching professionally. I began teaching preschool while I was a student studying psychology at UC Berkeley, and have taught at many amazing preschools throughout the East Bay. I received my Masters in Teaching from University of the Pacific, and spent a few years teaching kindergarten and first grade as well. While I absolutely loved working with my students and seeing the joy fill their eyes when they started sounding out words, I missed the particularly special wonder of the preschool age and below world. I absolutely love exploring nature and seeing it through the eyes of children, and as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I enjoy getting kiddos in the kitchen!
