I took care of my best friend who had cancer until she passed away, and then I took care of her husband who was an amputee for 16 years until he went into assisted living, so I know all about taking care of the older community. I am their companion, their friend, their transportation on their everything pretty much sometimes they just wanna talk. And sometimes they actually do need a babysitter and sometimes it goes day by day but that's OK. Just because they're older doesn't mean they're less of a person and they should be treated accordingly.
