My creative and fun personality shines through in the engaging activities and educational games I curate for children and this always includes special needs children of all ages. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports and verbal updates at pickup. I'm also well-versed in enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. In addition to my experience, I've completed coursework in early child development and hold certifications in CPR and First Aid.
