About Gina

I have 8 years of experience in childcare, and absolutely love it. I have a bachelors degree in child and adolescent development. I am playful and great at facilitating projects and academic activities in a fun way! I have helped create routines and schedules in both in home daycares as well as in the classroom and as a nanny. I have experience with infants, toddlers, and elementary aged children. I also have experience in the classroom with preschool aged children, as well as in the elementary school with students on the spectrum. I have worked as both a preschool teacher and an elementary special ed teacher. I have a great passion for the inclusion and advocacy for children with disabilities. I am positive, patient, and flexible. I have experience with potty training, feedings, sleep schedules, teaching, transportation, and behavior management. I am familiar with IEP's, PECS, and token systems. Children bring so much joy and happiness, and I love being around it!
