I am the mother of 3 successful young men.. I was a stay-at-home mom. My husband and I have been married for 28 yrs and I am very family-oriented. Our family also includes four dogs.! I also love music, reading, and being outdoors! I have had all the hands-on experience of dealing with sickness, tantrums, and teaching basics preparing for school. I believe talking as much as possible with children, even as newborns, is very important to their development. I have nannied for three girls and two boys. Because two of my kiddos were preemies, I've earned experience with doing both physical and speech therapy with them. It was extremely rewarding and wonderful watching them progress and grow stronger in their development. Teaching kiddos to sign as young as 6/7 mths is a part of my process in helping them learn to communicate and understand their own needs. Your baby will feel, safe, content and loved in my care. Gina has been with our family for 4 years. We consider her another member of our family. We are relocating to another state due to work and we are going to miss her terribly. She started with us in 2020, right in the middle of COVID and helped us take care of our 5 month old daughter who is now 4 and a half. I got pregnant and had a son in 2021 and she cared for him from birth until now, and he just turned 3. She has taught my children so much. From the time they were infants she knew exactly what activities would engage them and would be age appropriate and help with their development. She is excellent with every aspect of childcare from feeding, sleep schedules, potty training, educating, and most importantly loving them like if they were her own. She is one of the most patient and genuinely kind people I’ve ever met. I was always so at ease at work knowing my children were in her safe and capable hands. The first time I spoke to her on the phone when I was interviewing nannies, I just knew she was the one for our family. Gina is a jewel and any family would be extremely lucky to have her.
