Gillian has been an absolute lifesaver of a housekeeper. She currently comes 2x a month, and the day before I know I can just leave whatever mess is stressing me out and she will handle it happily, which has been great for me. She's like a fairy godmother. She is very detail oriented and works very quickly for long periods of time (I often encourage her to take a break), and is always looking for small touches she can do to add to the overall cleanliness or organization. She has always been punctual and communicates well. The only criticism I have (which hardly counts) is sometimes she can get so caught up in things she sees to work on that she'll start to focus on a new project instead of something you brought up earlier. On the one hand, it's nice to have the additional thing done! But if it's important to you that the other tasks are focused on, just remind her of what your priority is for the day- she knows she can get distracted by whatever mess she's come across, and truly appreciates being redirected. 10/10 housekeeper and we're very happy to have the help.
