About Gillian

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I have dedicated the past seven years to fostering the growth and development of children. My passion for caring for children stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my deep-rooted desire to make a positive impact on their lives. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication with parents. I believe that every child deserves a safe and stimulating environment where they can learn and grow. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and routines to ensure a structured and consistent upbringing. I have over 6 years in a pre-school setting as a lead teacher for pre-k and after-school programs. I also studied and obtained my both my Associate's and Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at Wilmington University. My goal as caregiver is to create a safe and positive learning environment for children.
