About Gila

Hi! I just graduated highschool this past year and am super enthusiastic about the opportunity to support families in helping out any way I can. I strive to be where I need to be, when I need to be at all times. I am patient and approachable, and very invested in creating an environment where everyone feels cared for, safe, and happy! I tend to give regular updates on the child's wellbeing, but I will cater to whatever form of communication fits the family best! My priority with enforcing rules lies with keeping a harmonious atmosphere, and making sure the child has understanding of the situation and emotional stability about it, to the best of my ability. From outdoor games to engaging activities, I love to cater to child's interests, and let them lead in playing, to create positive and memorable experiences! I speak English and Hebrew and am happy to assist with tasks like meal/snack prep, errands, any driving, light housekeeping
