    She cares, I've hired precious nannies in my life and they have never had the skill set to work with my sweet A. Not only was she amazing with my other kids, my sweet 13 year old A. has down syndrome. She was able to care for A's needs while also entertaining my 3 other little rambunctious kiddos. Love Sophie!!!
