Hey, my name is Gian . I am a CPR certified DSP (Direct Support Professional) who really enjoys working along side not only elderly patients, but those who have intellectual disabilities as well. I have more than 6 years of paid experience working with elderly patients and have more than a year of paid experience working along side young adults with intellectual disabilities. That's not to mention the 7 years of unplayed experience I have working with my nephew who is on the spectrum! I'd describe my personality as patient, outgoing and adventurous. I like caring for people with special needs because I enjoy getting them out into the community so that they can feel as though they're just as much a part of the community as anyone else. I enjoy getting to know each and every one of my employers on a personal level so that we can build trust and a relationship that makes this line of work feel like fun.
