Gianna is a wonder. A nurse's assistant studying to become a nurse practitioner, Gianna brings an amazing amount of humanity, conscientiousness, skill and seriousness to her work. Despite my wife and 7-month old testing positive for Covid, Gianna put her life on hold and came to the rescue as a caretaker. Without her attentiveness and keen medical eye, we may never have noticed that our baby's breathing was labored and and may never have taken him to Urgent Care (which Gianna even drove us to), and our son may never have received the care he needed to prevent his relatively mild case of Covid from developing into a more serious lung infection. Every step of the way, Gianna astonished us with her boundless generosity and willingness to go far, far beyond the call of duty to help us out. And her commitment and reliability are matched by a warmth, grace and good nature that kept us in great spirits during an immensely stressful time. I couldn't recommend her more strongly.
