I ensure that parents are kept well-informed about their child's day and any matters that may arise. When it comes to household rules, I am comfortable enforcing them to create a structured and safe environment for the children. My favorite moments are when we play together! Whether it's outdoor sports, board games, or educational games that encourage learning, I love seeing the smiles on their faces.
