Gianina worked with our family for over 5 years (since our older son was 3 months old) and helped raise our two children in their most formative years. She is available to help another family as we are moving to the suburbs. Gianina is one of the most caring souls. She is kind, compassionate, affectionate, reliable and one of the most even keeled people we've ever met. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to remain flexible, while maintaining discipline. Our children respect and love her so much. She has been dedicated to our family and has demonstrated dependability, signified by rarely ever calling in sick. Gianina nurtures ours children's passions, helps them develop age-appropriate skills, takes them on adventures to the park, zoo and seeks out other available activities throughout the city. Gianina prepares lunches, bakes, does the boys laundry and picks up the house at the end of the day. Any family would be so lucky to have her as their nanny!
