She is kind, compassionate, affectionate, reliable and one of the most even keeled people we've ever met. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to remain flexible, while maintaining discipline. Our children respect and love her so much. She has been dedicated to our family and has demonstrated dependability, signified by rarely ever calling in sick. Gianina nurtures ours children's passions, helps them develop age-appropriate skills, takes them on adventures to the park, zoo and seeks out other available activities throughout the city. Gianina prepares lunches, bakes, does the boys laundry and picks up the house at the end of the day. Any family would be so lucky to have her as their nanny!
