Hi My name is Gia and l've been working with kids for four years and I have loved every second of it. I love working with kids because watching them grow and helping them thrive is something that brings me so much joy. I'm super passionate about helping these kids develop and turn into wonderful little humans. I've been working with so many different families over the years and have gained so much insight on how to maintain healthy relationships and open lines of communication with parents. I'm a super reliable person. I'll always be flexible and willing to do anything that you need. my biggest thing is that kids need someone reliable as well as fun and energetic but someone that they can also respect. Being friendly and approachable allows me to build strong relationships with both children and parents. When it comes to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care
