I also coach for a swim team in Lawrenceville. My age group is 6-10-year-old kids. I'm USA certified and my knowledge of swimming and experience with children made my methods extremely effective. Last summer, a 3-year-old I watched could barely put his face in the water. After a month and a half, he could paddle and swim with his face down for short bursts.
