Gersica has a unique gift with children. From day one, with our son N, Gersica had an incredible ability to meet him at his level, and enrich his time with her. She is proactive about coming up with activities to help keep him entertained such as arts and crafts, books and playtime with toys. She even went so far as to create a surprise art project with him for my birthday. Gersica is extremely attentive to our preferences with Noah and follows through on our routine we have established for him precisely. We can not over state how much our son loves Gersica, and how gifted she is with children. She has a very calm and kind demeanor. Our son, N lights up when she comes in the room (as do we)! We trust her wholeheartedly and she has been such a gift to our family.
