The longest I have ever stayed with one family without taking time off was nine months. I have worked with my current employer Home Instead for 403 days without having a day off by my choice not the company. I believe in accountability, punctual, persistency those traits mean a lot to me.

Gera is an excellent caregiver and takes great pride in doing her job well. She is very patient and approaches her tasks with humor. She goes above and beyond to engage her patients with stimulating activities. My only issue in not giving her 5 stars is that she has a strong personality and we had some conflict, which we were about to resolve.
