Hi there! My name is George. A little bit about me: I grew up in a tight-knit Greek community surrounded by cousins of all ages, so I have been caretaking since a young age. I have always had an affinity with kids; I have a childlike spirit myself. As for how I approach care, my background in the arts means I can instill a creative energy into the lives of children I work with. I love crafting, playing outdoors, playing games, and visiting museums. As a voracious reader, I love to learn about child development: children amaze and inspire me! I have around 20 years of experience in childcare. I also was an afterschool art teacher at the Village School in the Palisades for a few years. I I hope we can work together to create a wonderful environment for your children!

George is a magical gift of a caregiver. My kiddo says she likes how he plays music on the guitar for her, and he’s one of her favorite people to spend time with away from me. George is exceptional at authentically listening and taking an interest in her perspective when she’s talking. He’s also a gifted visual artist and does fun art projects with her plus has the best Lego collection. Grateful we have George in our lives and continuing to spend time with him when needed 🥳💗🙌🏻
