About Gennessa

Hi there! My name is Gennessa. I bring over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to 12-year-olds. My background includes a variety of roles, such as babysitting, nannying, and providing support to children with autism. I hold a bachelor's degree with a double major in Human Development and Psychology. For the past eight years, I had the privilege of working one-on-one with young learners with autism, delivering behavioral therapy tailored to their unique needs. Recently, I decided to explore a new career path and am now working as an administrative professional at UW-Green Bay. Despite this change, my passion for spending time with kids remains strong. I love being silly, playing games, creating crafts, or simply enjoying relaxing moments like watching a movie on a rainy day. I pride myself on being kind, empathetic, and respectful, and I always prioritize clear communication. I would be thrilled to get to know you and your family!
