Working with kids at DC Public Schools has solidified my desire to pursue a career in childcare, where I can create safe and nurturing environments for them to thrive. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a structured yet fun environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, mental, and emotional development. With four years of experience caring for children of different age groups, I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time.
