About Genna

Hi there, my name is Genna; I'm an energetic and creative 29-year-old mother of 2 beautiful girls! I have experience caring for little ones aged newborn - 15! I fell into the world of education almost 10 years ago and have loved the journey, but I'm ready for a new adventure! I currently work as a middle school counselor, and I'm looking for a nanny position in Louisville that allows me to care for my own kiddos while helping other families. I have worked for 2 families as a nanny; one for two years, and the other for about 18 months. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken online courses in child development. My focus is giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and special weekly outings when weather appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to.
