Genevieve didn't give us a chance to see if she was a good fit for our family. We set up an in person interview to meet at the Starbucks nearby at 5pm. She confirmed the same day at 1pm but she never showed. I actually believe I saw her there sitting and after we (my 7 year old daughter and I) arrived she got up and left once we sat outside with our drinks. I did attempt to reach out 4 times, letting her know we had arrived early, where we would sit, once we were settled and again once she left. After waiting about 20 mins, I asked her if she had changed her mind. She just looked at the message and did not respond. Care shows the exact time the message is read. She could've simply said she was no longer interested in the position. I waited until today to post a review to see if she would give an explanation but she still has not reached out.
