About Genevieve

I'm a certified music teacher with 15 years of experience caring for children ages 3 and up. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and I have lots of positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. I'm also motivated by the chance to make a positive impact on children's lives. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, goofy, and empathetic. I communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise through verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call. I follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules by following the parents' lead. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps with children, I also love showing kids the joys of being outside. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I have a degree in music education and am comfortable with pets. I also have a car.
