Genevieve was the office manager at my current company from 11/2008 through 5/2013. I have over 11 years' experience in small business administration, and in my time, I have worked in a broad range of offices, from the extremely efficient to the disastrously disorganized. When I arrived at the business, I was absolutely blown away by the level of organization that Genevieve had established in her time here. This business includes a high volume of sensitive information that must be coordinated carefully to ensure that it can be accessed at any time. In addition to record keeping, the office manager must have systems to process payroll, produce invoices, manage the accounts receivable, edit documents that must be sufficient for legal documentation, and communicate with consultants in the field. By the time I arrived, Genevieve had every one of these systems in place, and had standardized each and every administrative aspect of this business. What's more, Genevieve takes a particular pride in her work that is so very hard to find. She is constantly searching for ways to improve efficiency, while never abandoning the calm, controlled demeanor that makes her such a pleasure to work with. Everyone at our company enjoyed working with her - she will be such an asset to her next employer!
