My name is Genevieve, but most people call me "Gen" or "Gena". I recently moved back into the Joliet area, and I'm looking to continue working with those I like most: kids :) I have years of experience babysitting kids ages infant to school age and feel that I am now ready to be a full time caretaker. I have worked primarily in elder care, which I believe has given me great skills to aid me in childcare. But I have been a babysitter for my uncle for his 6-month-old daughter, and for my brother's girlfriend taking care of her 6-year-old brother. I have worked with families babysitting during the school year as well. I took care of a beautiful older lady, L until her death in 2013. Helping families and taking care of people and children is my passion. I am CPR certified, and have basic first aid training.

I have four young children(11, 10, 4, 1) and she arrived on time every day that I needed her to babysit. She was professional and clean, the kids loved her and she brought some books and activities for the kids all to do together. She even got my 11 year old involved! If I need someone to babysit again, I would go with Genevieve again and again.
