Hi there! I love kids and have worked with them for years. I was a special education aide in the Newton Public Schools in grades K and 1, and an after school teacher for 4th and 5th graders. I also served as the director of the City of Newton's Environmental Science program, which is a hiking and science summer program for 7th-10th graders. I just completed my Masters of Social Work at Boston College specializing working with children with mental and behavioral health needs. I have 15 years of babysitting experience and have worked with all ages, including infants. I love the outdoors as well as arts and crafts, music, theater, writing, and science! I am available weekdays and weekends. I've accepted a job at a non-profit serving children, which begins mid-September, and am excited to continue babysitting on the side as I work towards full social work licensure (takes two years).

Geneva looked after our 2 children for 4 years. She is fantastic! She is so committed to helping families. Her experience and knowledge was so valuable in helping us setting behavior strategies for our adhd son. She would help with school matters and extracurricular activities. She was more than a babysitter! Highly recommended!
