I am a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator with extensive experience in home childcare and daycare settings, specializing in caring for children aged 0 months to 3 years. My expertise includes providing nurturing, developmentally appropriate care by ensuring children's physical needs are met through dressing, grooming, diaper changing, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. I am skilled in preparing and sterilizing bottles, creating nutritious meals and snacks, and organizing activity areas to encourage play and learning. As a Lead Teacher, I have designed and implemented engaging curricula that enhance children's gross motor, sensory, and fine motor skills. With a Bachelor's degree in Childhood Education and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, I effectively communicate with families from diverse backgrounds and create inclusive environments where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and cognitively.
