About Gena

Hello! My name is Gena, or G for short. I'm a parent of 2 senior shih-poos dogs, My favorite cold color is purple, and my favorite warm color is red. I've had firsthand experience raising my amazing spitfire 7-year-old niece with ASD. I received my AS in Early Interventions and Inclusions, Associate Teacher Certificate, and Child Development Teacher Permit in 2018. and have my CPR/AED certification. I currently work as a Substitute Teacher where I've enjoyed my job and had the opportunity to assist 15 schools, many classrooms, and teachers. I have experience w/ newborns to grade 5. From typical to challenging behaviors, I've met many personalities and learned a lot from experience. Considering I'm a substitute, I am very flexible with my schedule and can make myself available for you and your child with notice to guarantee my availability.
