About Gemma

I have been watching pets for 10 years, including cats, dogs, and guinea pigs! I have cared for my neighbors pets for extended periods of time, giving updates on their pets while they were gone. I have been watching children for over 8 years, and have experience in childcare professional settings. I'd describe my personality as friendly, attentive, and outgoing! I like working with animals/kids because it is comforting, fun, and a new experience each time! We share so much of our time with our pets and children, and I love to be able to provide that for families as well. I'm looking for a job that is consistent yet flexible, and also with people who are friendly and kind! I started working in childcare at a nursery camp, and proceeded to work in their afterschool program and babysat for several families for several years. In my spare time, I like to read, watch movies, go for walks, and enjoy new restaurants. My skills include: attentiveness, caring, and problem solving.
