Gemma worked with my mom Norma for over a year, in assisted living and then in memory care. She was kind, compassionate, caring, tuned in to my mom and our family, communicated well, and showed great patience with my mom. She did many things with and for my mom, some of them simple like taking my mom out for a walk, and others more complex like going shopping or taking her out to parks. My mom enjoyed her time with Gemma and always looked forward to her coming. My mom has passed away, but we would hire Gemma anytime in the future we need her services. She was wonderful & we highly recommend her as a caregiver, companion, and helper.
