Hello! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I have 7 years of teaching experience and over 15 years of babysitting experience. During my time, I've looked after children with Emotional Behavior Disorder as well as kiddos with autism ranging from high functioning to needing extra support. I am a patient, kind, loving and firm individual. As a full time teacher, one thing I am a firm believer in is letting kids be kids. Allow them to play, explore and ask questions. I believe in holding kids accountable, allow them to clean their own messes and seek to problem solve on their own first before intervening. One thing I know is that when it's all said and done, kids just want to be seen, heard and loved.
