Hi parents , my experience with child with special need is with my son , who is autistic. Diagnosed when he was only 19 months. Since then I started my journey learning everything about autism and helping him in every area he needed. Today he is 22 years old, he works since 18 , and has become an incredible human being. Independent, honest, persistent in he's goals. over these years I learned a lot from him. Honestly I have never worked for a family with kids with special needs. However I have worked on and off as housekeeper, nanny and caregiver for some families and can provide references . I would love to help and teach everything I have learned, and also learn from them and the family .
