The influences from the nurses, whether I was monitoring patients, or helping the nurses on the floor units, that really drove me to a new desire to be more involved in the health network. While patients come and go at a Hospital. is a place where patients come and stay. The experience has taught me to build bonds with the elderly residents, and to be a very patient person. as well as understanding. It has taught me how to assist with services to aid in memory care. and physical care. It can all be challenging at times, but I truly enjoyed working with elderly residents. Though I strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the residents, the ongoing lessons I have learned from them have in return made a lasting impact in my life.
