I have over 10 years in the nursing field and the majority of that care was home health and with the elderly. I love assisting the elderly in their everyday activities whether it would be housecleaning, errands, shopping, or personal care. I am retired from nursing and now I am a certified personal trainer and I would like to assist the elderly in maintaining their mobility through strength training helping them enjoy their lives. Life is a gift and meant to be lived abundantly no matter what age. My heart is for the elderly and helping them live an abundant life to the best of their ability.
