About Gail

I am a freelance nurse specializing in pediatrics with excellent references. In addition, I have raised three children of my own. My youngest one just graduated from Hobart in Geneva, NY. Since living in Vermont, 2005, I have cared for 10 children from birth to age three. While practicing my nursing profession, my husband and I have started an organic farm in Wells, growing lovely organic veggies. Our farm has been in operation over the last four years. We have mentored over 70 young people from age 17 up in life skills and sustainable agriculture. My nursing career has been mostly about pediatrics, children are my passion, sick or healthy, I love them. All the children I have helped to raise in those early years have been healthy since living in Vermont (I raised my children in Ma.). It has all been very rewarding for me and my families. I teach children about their world through exploring outside. I am very active myself and love to be creative with children and enjoy reading with them. I don't have time for TV, there are too many other worthwhile things to engage in.
