About Gail

I am a certified long term substitute teacher. I have experience tutoring elementary students. I have a degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration. I have been working in the school system about 3 years. I'd describe my personality as friendly and encouraging. I like tutoring because I love helping kids. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding. I started tutoring when since my son and nephews were 5 years old through high school. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, sew, cook and garden. One thing you should know about me is I am a Christian and prayer is part of my program. My skills include testing the child to determine their level and designing a program to help them. During the school year, my availability is after 4 p.m.
