I have been a nurse for 45 years & have worked in nursing home, assisted living, and office settings. I have given care, medications, treatments, and supervised aides. Have also worked in mental health and have experience with people with mental illness. I enjoy helping people, am easy to get along with, and would like to find part time job doing home care as I am not ready to be fully retired! Any home including pets fine with me as I have multiple pets of my own. For the past three years I have had multiple home care patients with various medical issues and needs. I enjoy the 1:1 in the home care setting.

Gail was my rock. I couldn't have kept my mom home until the end without her. Gail brought the skills, knowledge, friendship, comfort, and compassion that my mom and I so desperately needed. It took me too many years to figure out the one most important asset that a home health aide needed to have: DEPENDABILITY. Gail was exactly that, so dependable. Even through her own personal challenges, she didn't miss a day. My experience taught me that dependability is a rare asset in the home health aide industry. But yet it is so very, very important to someone like myself who was a 24/7 caregiver with no family support. Gail and I will remain friends forever. She is my sister from another mother :)
