I am 26 years old with a BS degree in health & exercise physiology. I have a background in health, fitness and nutrition as well as childcare. I am the oldest of 5 children and come from a big Irish family so there was no shortage of kids and babysitting opportunities. I have also been involved in a mentor program to young middle school girls, as well as a sports coach for children of elementary ages all the way to high school ages. Additionally, I have spent many years traveling to other countries to not only conduct missions work but also to visit many children's orphanages and establish recreational soccer camps for kids of all ages. I am well versed in childcare techniques and developmental stages as I have taken child development courses within the past 2 years.
