I have experience with many different situations including special education or those who have an intellectual disability. I was a special education teacher for three years as well as one of my children being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder when she was very young. I have experience with EPI pen injections, brushing techniques , positive reinforcement and redirecting as well as PECS and other communication devices. I understand that with this comes a lot of patience but a great reward!
