I spoke with 10 applicants and interviewed 5. Of all the applicants Ellie was the most qualified by far especially with my mom's medical condition (diabetes). Ellie had all the certifications we were looking for and more. She immediately developed a relationship with my Mom and was always available on short notice to care for my Mom. She did her best to get my Mom involved in activities and try to keep her active.
