I'd describe my personality as bubbly, positive, and upbeat. I like caring for people with special needs because I love helping people become more independent with themselves creating fun experiences with individuals. There's no better feeling. I'm looking for a job that is a positive work environment, with Trusting relationships, and great bonds. I started caring for people with special needs when I was about 20 years old and have been doing it ever since. I started as a direct care professional and moved my wait up to an assistant manager fairly quickly and have been an assistant manager for four years. In my spare time, I like to hangout with my family. I'm a big pet lover so also spend most of my time giving them my attention! I like to be outdoors in the summer. One thing you should know about me is I'm very energetic and happy. I always have a positive attitude when coming to work. My skills include promoting independence, compassion and patience.
