I've been working with children for 20 years (Since age 12) and am a mother of one who is now 14. I worked professionally for 2 years as a Lead Teacher in a learning center, then moved to nannying for the last 5 years. Certifications - I have taken all required classes for my CDA (120 hours of course work in Pre-K Child Development) - CPR and First Aid in college, as well as renewing when necessary. - Basic Childcare Certification (10 Hours) from US Nanny Institute. - Solid Starts Course for introducing solids to infants. - Safe Sleep - 35 Hours STARS Childcare Course I love to approach the day in a more Montessori fashion and teach children to feel confident in their abilities. I love to plan outings, play outside (a must even in rain!), make art, as well as just have good old free-play. I look forward to meeting your family!

The only reason Gabriella is no longer working with us is because our children grew up! If it were not for school she’d still be caring for our children. Gabriella worked with us for 2 years watching our then 1 & 3 year old. She is an artist at heart and did so many creative projects with our kiddos. She also had great ideas when either of our kiddos were having challenges as she has extensive experience working at a childcare center with many kids. It was a collaborative and positive working relationship. She helped our kiddos get potty trained ;). Gabriella is very patient, kind, gentle, and hard working. I learned how to be a better mom from observing how she calmly enforced boundaries while also showing so much love and care for our children. She is trustworthy and we felt totally comfortable leaving our children with her overnight. She is very safety conscious. If you are lucky to work with Gabriella you will not regret it and she will leave a big hole when she’s gone. She truly became a part of our family and we are forever grateful for her time with us!
