My first job was as a camp counselor at CMT in Palo Alto and I have since then been a tutor here in California and in Massachusetts while I was in college. I have also been an in-class aide and a short-term nanny for a family in San Francisco. Most recently I taught English to students aged 5-12 abroad in Spain. I am creative, patient, and respectful and value open communications and clear expectations with the family I work with. I am most experienced with students and children ages 3-11 and enjoy language learning, paper crafts and art, and time outdoors. I am currently only available until the end of summer, four days a week Monday-Thursday and prefer a daily schedule between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. but am open to discussing if your family's needs are different to this, or if you'd prefer some adjustment to this schedule.

Gabriela is amazing. She worked with us one summer and our 3 year old son loves her! Even now from time to time I ask her for part-time help. She is GREAT and any family will be lucky to have her!
