We hired Bella as a full-time nanny and she was with us for about 3 months. She was frequently late and became increasingly unreliable and untrustworthy, calling off for all kinds of reasons. She had a difficult time multitasking, completing simple chores (like laundry), and enforcing household rules. In the end, she just stopped showing up, with no notice and would not return my texts or calls. I would not recommend hiring Bella.
